Enhance the surface functionality of sugarcane bagasse and rice husk-based magnetic nanoparticle biocomposites by amine group

A natural fiber is potential material to use for wide range applications. Due high content of cellulose, it also abundant in nature. The combination two form sugarcane bagasse (SB) and rice husk (RH) could be used as template magnetic nanoparticle biocomposites. In order produce functionality biocomposites, important modify by amine group. This research focus on evaluate characterized the concentration precursor synthesis delignified both RH SB were mixed ethylene glycol, iron trichloride, sodium acetate anhydrous, 1.6-hexanediamine. solution was poured into Teflon Stainless Steel Autoclave then heated at 200 oC 6 h. Amine source evaluated different 7 mL 1.6-hexanediamine achieved optimum with contain 2.64 mmol/g. Fe biocomposites 97.97% that proved XRF analysis has specific peaks 36o, 43o, 57o X-Ray Diffraction (XRD). 1640 cm−1 582 are identified N–H bending vibration Fe-O respectively. content, group, structure good candidate
